Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items ship within 1–2 weeks — the pre-order timeline will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at vybemoto.com@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help sort it out.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're happy to help if you catch it quickly after ordering.
