Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or made-to-order parts
  • Apparel that's been worn or washed

How to Start a Return
Email vybemoto.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product, in which case we'll cover it.

Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or wrong? Email us at vybemoto.com@gmail.com with a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the item you want.
